What is Ellanse M?
Ellanse M is an exceptional product from the family of biostimulators. Substances from this group are responsible for the stimulation of the body to the synthesis of new collagen. The offered preparation was created from a combination of carboxymethyl cellulose (70% of the product), the former is responsible for a quick tissue filling effect and equally suspended polycaprolactone particles (30% of the product). The latter, thanks to a smooth particle of > 20 µm, is subject to the encapsulation after application to the skin. This, in turn, translates into creation of a skeleton for the grid that is mainly composed of high-quality type I collagen improving the skin’s density. Ellanse M manifests rejuvenating and firming effects on the skin. Moreover, the preparation is excellent for filling out wrinkles and cavities. Thanks to the fact that Ellanse is characterised by a total integration with the extracellular matrix of the skin, it is practically imperceptible. This, in turn, guarantees exceptionally natural effects of the treatment. What is important, the preparation is 100% biodegradable, and, as a result, does not provoke an allergy. Indications to use Ellanse M preparation are:
- chicken claws,
- droopy mouth corners,
- deepened marionette lines,
- smoker wrinkles,
- vertical and horizontal wrinkles on the forehead,
- tear trough,
- small scars (including post acne marks),
- reduced skin firmness,
- improvement of the face oval.
The preparation should not be applied in the case of:
- pregnancy and breastfeeding period,
- autoimmunological diseases,
- active viral and bacterial infections,
- diabetes,
- cancerous diseases,
- administration of blood thinners.
The preparation is applied to the patient using a needle or a cannula in the area of the body that is supposed to be revitalised and filled out. The filling effect is visible right after the treatment. A partial disappearance of the achieved density takes place after about a month from the treatment. It is a natural reaction resulting from the decomposition of the carboxymethyl cellulose solution. Within the next few months, the collagen is being gradually restored. This, in turn, translates into restoration of the lost volume and a major improvement of the skin’s quality. The effects after an Ellanse M treatment last for about 2 years. After the treatment, one should not:
- use a sauna nor a solarium for at least two weeks,
- massage and rub the places of injection,
- expose the skin to the excessive sun, if necessary, use strong filter creams (+50).
Treatments with the use of Ellanse M are safe and do not require a convalescence. In some case, a slight oedema, a redness or a bruise can appear in the place where the preparation was applied right after the treatment.
